Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

  1. Products will be shipped within 2-8 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  2. The shipping company used for delivery will be determined based on the customer’s pin code or the shipment method chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.

  3. Tracking details will be provided once the product is shipped.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. For any refund or return, please contact support@dedoo.in within the stipulated time frames.

  2. Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of product delivery.

  3. Returns are applicable only under the following conditions:

    • Wrong product delivered.
    • Product damaged during shipping.

  4. For damaged products, a replacement will be provided. There is no refund policy for damaged products.

  5. Replacement requests for damaged items should be made within the stipulated 48-hour timeframe.

  6. To request a replacement for damaged items, email us your Order Number and details of the damage. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement through our logistics partner.

  7. Refunds will be issued only if the replacement product is out of stock.

  8. If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed for the respective item.

Order Cancellation

  1. No cancellations are permitted once the order is processed, except within 1 hours of order placement. Order processing begins after the stipulated 1-hour cancellation window or when the product is prepared for shipment, whichever comes first.

  2. To cancel an order within the 1-hour window, please contact our support team at support@dedoo.in with your Order Number and the reason for cancellation. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

  3. In case of a successful cancellation within the allowed timeframe, a refund will be initiated. Refunds may take a few business days to reflect based on the payment method used during the order.

  4. We reserve the right to cancel any order in unforeseen circumstances or due to unavailability of the product. If such a cancellation occurs after payment, a full refund will be provided.
